6. A form for your veterinarian to fill out and email or fax to Blueberry Hill Labradors. The exam needs to be done within 3 days from the day you pick up your puppy in order to validate your Health Guarantee.
7. An implanted AKC microchip with instructions for registering your pet’s microchip.
8. A 3-day supply of their current puppy food for transitioning.
9. An application for a free two-month trial of pet insurance from Embrace Pet Insurance.
10. A “Blueberry Pet” collar.
11. A very special puppy toy.
12. Lifetime support from Blueberry Hill to help you as your puppy grows from.
13. A promise that if at any time you are unable to keep your puppy/dog, for any reason, Blueberry Hill will gladly take him/her back. While your purchase price is non-refundable, there may be circumstances which require you to rehome your puppy. We want to be that home!
